Web 2.0 Changing the Face of Telework

What started out as a pure form of entertainment, social networks are now changing the way we work. How? HR departments are using social media sites to communicate changes in temporary insurance changes to medical insurance plans. Workers are sharing ideas, desktops, and video chats from half-way around the world. Soon offices may become obsolete for a whole class of knowledge workers. The revolution is just beginning.
